How do you deal with returns?
Please contact our store directly at (780) 434-3648 to obtain a Return Merchandise Approval Number and then return the product to us. Products can only be returned within the first 45 days of purchase. The purchase price of products received in new condition will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee.
Defective products will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
